Booking Policies
Unhurried Service
Appointments are spaced one hour apart to ensure thorough sanitization between guests and a calm, unhurried experience.
Late Arrival Fee
A $20 XCD late fee applies to clients arriving past their scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations
Kindly notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.
Non-Refundable Deposits
All booking deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment when notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
After-Hours Available
For 9-to-5 schedules, evening appointments are available by direct call or WhatsApp at 1-268-732-4945.
